TCS: Converting Customer Name to 6-3-3 Format

Note:

1. Customer names are shortened to fit in 12 spaces, in car location reports, thus the 6-3-3 format.  This shows a command for using 6-3-3 format in TCS.

2. Customer name (30 characters), and City/State (18 and 2 characters) must already be in another file.

3. Note that "city" (or junction) are shortened to 3-3-3 format.
